Choosing the product
By clicking on the button ’Buy Now’ the chosen product gets into a virtual shopping cart. By clicking on the Shopping Cart button you can verify the product in the virtual shopping cart and the total amount of the purchase. Here you can verify the status of your purchase that you can modify. The shopping cart automatically calculates the total amount of your purchase.

Sending the order 
If you find the quantity and the total amount of the products in the virtual shopping cart to be correct and if you decide to finalize the purchase, simply click on the „Checkout”  button.
The next step is the payment (Paypal). If you agree with the details of your purchase, click on the „order” button to finalize the order.

The price indicated in the webshop is the list price that is valid at the time of purchase. The prices are gross prices and they include the cost of shipment too.

Processing the orders
The orders are processed within maximum 48 hours.

The products that you purchase are sent out to you within in max. 2 days with FedEx.
Your parcel will include:
– the Product
– the Invoice
– the product’ s list of Ingredients
– the Declaration for Non Dangerous Goods document
– the FedEx International Air Waybill

Confirmation of delivery:
The day FedEx takes over the product from us for delivery we will send you a confirmation letter.
The confirmation letter will contain the 12-digit FedEx waybill number of your parcel.

You will see the current location of your parcel. You will also see the date of delivery.

The Invoice in PDF form will be sttsched to your confirmation letter too.

Withdrawing from delivery
The webshop does not enter into contractual agreement with minors. By accepting the terms and conditions Buyer confirms to be an adult.

Money back garantee
1. Incorrect Item/Not As Described/Damaged:
You’re eligible for a full refund of the purchase price, if your return is the result of an error on the seller’s part. If you receive the incorrect item or if it arrives damaged, you’ll also be refunded return shipping equal to the original charge. To receive a refund, you must return your item directly to the PROPHARMATECH® Ltd within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and in the same condition you received it in.

2. Item did not arrive:
You’re eligible for a full refund of the purchase price, if your item hasn’t arrived 8 days past the estimated delivery date, up until 30 days past. (For example, when the estimated delivery date is November 1st, the return can be initiated between November 8th and December 1st.) If PROPHARMATECH® Ltd provides tracking information indicating the item has arrived, the return is void.
